Our Attorneys
Mark Bruggeman
Mark was born in Adrian, Michigan. After graduating from Adrian High School as valedictorian in 1996, Mark attended Washington University in St. Louis where he captained both the football & baseball teams before moving to the University of Oregon School of Law. Mark graduated from law school in 2003 & moved back to Michigan. Mark was appointed Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Lenawee County in September 2004 and currently holds that position while maintaining Bruggeman Law.
Dan Bruggeman
Dan Bruggeman was born in 1938 and was raised on a working farm. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1960 and the University of Michigan Law School in 1963. He served as a U.S. Navy JAG legal officer from 1964 through 1967, including one year (1966) in Viet Nam. He established Bruggeman Law Offices in 1968, and has served as a part time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Lenawee County since 1969. He is also on the board for the Lenawee County Park Commission.
Our Support Staff
Erica Hanna
After Erica graduated from Tecumseh High School, she embarked on a corporate career as an Administrative Assistant for multiple owners & managers of manufacturing facilities in the home improvement industry. In 2011 she started her own marketing firm and in 2018 she joined the team at Bruggeman Law.
Jackie Hanna
Jackie joined Bruggeman the Bruggeman Law team in 2021. She graduated from Clinton High School and went on to manage the Veterans of Foreign War Post #4187 in Tecumseh for 12 years.
Cindy Fay
Cindy was born and raised in Adrian, Michigan and raised her children here as well. She graduated from Adrian High School and Siena Heights University. Cindy has been the receptionist for Bruggeman Law Office since August of 2000 and is the first smiling face to greet our clients when they visit our office.
PreFontaine Bruggeman
PreFontaine or “Pre” as she is called, joined the Bruggeman team in the fall of 2018. She loves to run, play and eat “crumchies” :) You can be occasionally greeted by Pre at Bruggeman Law Offices, but don’t worry, she’s a lover!
